Physician Information

Todd Mazur, PA-C Cardiology Todd Mazur, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant who joined Cardiology Physicians in 2006. Physician Assistants are health care professionals with advanced education who are licensed to practice medicine with physician supervision. Todd is board certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. He graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Piscataway, New Jersey in 1990. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, New Jersey. Mr. Mazur started his career as a member of the Christiana Care Cardiac Surgery team. He later worked in Emergency Medicine where he was an associate clinical professor for Hahnemann University. He also worked in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology. Todd is an Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor and a board certified Diabetic Educator. Todd was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. He moved to Delaware in 1990. He has lived in Newark with his wife and three children since. Before starting a family he enjoyed rock climbing and mountaineering, having summited several notable peaks. He now spends his free time camping with his family and coaching baseball and lacrosse. Todd brings sixteen years of diverse medical experience to Cardiology Physicians, which is greatly appreciated by the physicians, staff and most of all, our patients and their families.
