Sandra P. Sweeney, ANP-BC Sandi Sweeney has been a member of Cardiology Physicians since October 2008. She is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and received a Master of Science in Nursing in Adult/Gerontology from Wilmington University in January 2009. She also has a Master of Science in Management/Health Care Administration that she received in December 1998 from Wilmington University. She has been in nursing since graduating from Wesley College in 1986. She brings twenty three years of nursing experience to Cardiology Physicians and has most recently worked in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Cardiovascular Research Department at Christiana Care. Sandi joined Cardiology Physicians while completing her Master’s degree. Currently, her responsibilities in the hospital include assessing patients and providing information to the physician staff, as well as providing patient education and discharge planning. In the office, she works with the physicians to provide care to our patients and also is responsible for monitoring stress testing. Sandi was raised in Delaware. She currently resides in Middletown with her two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. |  |
